  • Games and group activities

Activities are selected according to factors such as the weather, group size and participants’ ages.

No previous experience is needed
Our friendly instructors support everyone, from first-time adventurers to young people who are already confident taking part in outdoor activities.
All specialist activity equipment is provided. Participants only need to bring a packed lunch, a drink in a reusable bottle and the clothing listed below.

Experienced and qualified instructors
All instructors have enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks, including barred-list checks, and hold relevant industry qualifications. They receive regular training in safety and safeguarding and have experience supporting young people with a wide range of needs and abilities.

What should participants wear?
Please wear comfortable, closely fitted clothing that allows you to move freely and that you do not mind getting wet or muddy.

Layers are recommended, as temperatures can change throughout the day. Please check the weather forecast before arriving and bring suitable clothing for the conditions.

Participants should wear trainers or similar secure footwear. Crocs are not suitable for activities.
